March 26, 2020

Some items are out of stock due to a shut down in one of our fulfillment warehouses. All out of stock products have been marked on the website and will be available again as soon as the warehouse is fully operational. Orders continue to be shipped out within the standard fulfillment times, however this is subject to change as the government recommendations and policies surrounding the safety of warehouse work continue to change.

The health and safety of our colleagues and our community is our top priority during this difficult time. In our fulfilment warehouse we have adjusted our work hours and space to allow for appropriate social distancing and health and safety precautions are being implemented. Orders may be delayed by 1-2 business days as we follow the new operating measures.


March 16, 2020

Based on advice provided by public health experts, all employees who are able are now working from home. During this time our regular operations continue, we do not anticipate any delays based on the change in work environment. 

Over the next couple of weeks, you may notice longer fulfillment times for products fulfilled in North Carolina. This is largely due to a recent influx in orders. We're working hard to accommodate our rapid growth by onboarding new team members, while bearing public health guidelines in mind. Most orders should be prepared for shipping within 2-7 business days.
