What type of photo should I upload?
The best photos are:
- Original quality (not a screenshot)
- Good lighting (taken outdoors is always best)
- Your pet sitting or standing (not laying down)
- We prefer face on photos (not angled)
How long does it take you to create a custom order?
After you place your order it takes us between 5-10 business days to create your custom order. A lot of love goes into this process! Our artists create the artwork, the material is printed, and then your product is cut and hand sewn by our team.
Can I see a proof of the artwork?
Due to our quick turn around time and attempt to ship your product to you as soon as possible we do send artwork proofs, but trust us, you will love your custom pet portrait! And to be honest, waiting with excitement to see the final product is half the fun!
Can you do humans instead of pets?
Yes! Believe it or not this is a very common request, and we have created many custom products using human faces instead of pets. If you would like to purchase a product with a human face instead of a pet face you can just upload the photo you'd like us to work from. Have questions? Send us an email
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes! With most of our custom products we are happy to include multiple pets. If you don't see an option to add more pets on the product page send us an email to discuss.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping estimates vary by country and are displayed at checkout. For more info review our Shipping & Delivery information.
Note: Due to ongoing impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, our carriers are experiencing significant volumes, which may result in potential transit delays in your area. To avoid long shipping timelines we recommend upgrading your shipping method to "Express Shipping" whenever possible.
Where do your products ship from?
Majority of our products and shipped from our US warehouse. In some cases we may ship products directly from our production partners to you if it means that they will arrive faster.
Is there express shipping options available?
Express shipping is available for most items. All shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
How can I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number when your order is shipped out. If you didn't receive this shipping confirmation email email us, we'll be happy to help.
Why is my tracking info not showing any updates?
If your tracking does not appear to be updating, don't be alarmed! Your package is still on the way and unless otherwise noted it should be delivered by the estimated delivery date. In some cases (specifically for US orders) tracking updates are not scanned until they reach your local depot. If the estimated delivery period has passed and your order has not been delivered please email us.
Do you have a delivery guarantee?
All orders shipped from My Breed Is Best are guaranteed to arrive. If your package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date please email us. If your parcel is lost in the mail, or delayed past 60 days we will offer a reshipment or a refund.
Note: It is important to ensure the delivery address you enter at checkout is 100% correct. My Breed Is Best takes no responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
> Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We offer easy, no hassle returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return please email us and include your order number, reason for return, and refund or exchange preference.
Things to note:
- All sale items are final sale
- All custom products are final sale
- All original and return shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging
- Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once items are received
Can I get a refund if I don't like my custom artwork?
Our artists work extremely hard to capture your pet's personality when creating your custom artwork. Please remember this is an artist rendering of your pet, and because of this we can not accept returns or refunds if the art is not done to your preference. That being said, we know that you will love our artwork! Have an issue with your order? Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
